Refunds Policy

Before sending back any returns please contact us for an authorisation code.  We will also need the reason for return, the order number, your contact details and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.  When returning the goods you need to include the authorisation code as without this number there will be a delay on the exchange or refund.  In the rare event of faulty or damaged goods being received please email us immediately. We will either replace or refund the damaged or faulty goods and reimburse any postage incurred in returning them.  We are confident that all products featured on our web site are of the highest quality. If any of our products are unsuitable you are able to exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the items. Items are returned at your own expense and must be in their original condition and packaging.We do not exchange or refund the following items due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or have not been removed from original packaging:

  • Wigs
  • Tights
  • Teeth
  • Facial Hair
  • Costumes that include underwear

This does not affect your statutory rights.
